Many signs are pointing to the fact that the return of Christ is imminent. There will be a falling away of lukewarm, uncommitted churchgoers, but there will also be a great harvest of new, true disciples as the Holy Spirit prepares Christ’s spotless bride in readiness for His return.

The Tall Building

We sit up and take notice when the unexpected happens. When the same unexpected thing happens twice we should really be doing something about it. God has recently spoken a very similar word through two people, both in unexpected ways, within 24 hours of each other.

One person in our group (Anne) who doesn’t normally receive prophetic dreams, had the following prophetic dream. She was in a tall well-lit building on a hill, with other people. There were different things going on in different parts of the building. Those that she was with were speaking negative words: not a big argument, but bickering and negative small talk about things that were of no importance. Anne decided to leave the building and go for a walk down the hill. As she walked she saw a grey mass at the bottom, that looked like a tidal wave. It was approaching her. As it got nearer she saw that it was not a tidal wave of water, but more like a mudslide. She turned round and started running back towards the building, but the mudslide caught up with her. Nevertheless she managed to keep her head above the water and continue to breathe, and then she was on dry ground because the mudslide could go no further up the hill. She went back inside the building, where people were still bickering and speaking negative words about inconsequential matters. Anne cried out to them: “Stop! You shouldn’t be speaking like this! Just look outside the window at what is going on!“

David, who “never” get spiritual pictures, received the following picture in the spirit: he was seeing an empty expanse of featureless grey, that was moving slightly. It made him think of ashes. He described the movement as the sort of spent activity that you see on a sheet of paper that has burnt to ash but is still moving slightly with the heat. Compare that to the grey expanse of Anne’s mudslide, as it would be after it had stopped advancing. He looked out over this grey expanse of devastation, and a tall building emerged out of it, with lots of windows, and full of light.

The tall building and the tide of destruction, whether it was ashes or mud, clearly represented the same thing: the building was the church, and the devastation represented what is going on in the world. We asked the Lord for clarification of this message in our school of prophecy, and felt that He showed a “before and after” interpretation. In Anne’s dream we see a church where members are looking in at themselves in a negative and worldly fashion, and are not aware and not focused on what God may be doing through the destruction and devastation that is happening in the world. In David’s picture the grey tide had engulfed everything, including the building in Anne’s dream, but then a new building, tall and strong, arose out of it. This is the end time church, strong in the Lord and victorious. Those who are in this building are those who have looked outside themselves and have seen what God is doing; have left the negatives and self-centred bickering behind just as Anne left the building in her dream, and have kept their focus on the Lord and His kingdom purposes. They are the ones who survived the grey sea and who are a light to the nations in the last days.

Finally, it would appear that we aren’t the only ones that the Lord is speaking to on this theme. I received this yesterday:

The Battle Belongs to the Lord: Parts two and Three

Part Two
“I saw the angels arming up. They were picking up morning stars and flail type weapons.  The angels were too many to count. They were arming so quickly that they were in and out in a blink of an eye. Then I saw them in formation lining up for battle. The Lord is wanting us know the time is very near for us to attack. The Lord is saying that the flails and morning stars are for tearing down strong holds and defences.  He says: My people be ready.  I even felt that the angels that are messengers of peace were now arming up for battle. I felt that this was signifying two things.
Firstly, this is the Lord meaning business regarding waging war with the principalities and powers. And secondly, this demonstrates to us that it a far bigger battle than we will ever realise, and that we now need to shore up our weaknesses and stand as one with the Lord’s angel army leading the way. The roar of the Lion is near and the blast of the shofar trumpet is about to be heard.”

Part Three
“I saw angels moving into front lines of the battle. These angels were not arming up in the armoury and yet they were marching into position with no weapons. We lining up close to front of the angel army. The Lord told me that these are worshipping angels, and that their worship had to be close to the front of the battle as their praise and worship of the King, along with the huge angel army carrying morning stars and maces, would weaken the enemy defences.
I also felt that this is how He wants His church: to line up with worship  and praise foremost in battle. There is a call to those who are creative to step forward; that creativity along with praise, worship and prayer are also to be at the front of battle lines as the church steps into this. Then when we hear the lion of Judah roar and the shofar sound, the church will march forward and take ground that is under the enemy’s influence.  The battle is going to be heavily fought and there will be many injuries.”

Jake Dominy.

We Have the Fire

“And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed, and said, “LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” (2 Kings : 15-17)

In recent times there has been an emphasis in the prophetic on an increase in the intensity of the heavenly battle that we are engaged in. There have been words about God sending angels to earth, and His heavenly army being drawn up in battle array. But where is this battle taking place?

The battle is taking place all around us: not just in our churches, but in our private lives, in our family lives, and in our schools and workplaces. In some contexts it is also taking place visibly in the geopolitical sphere: in Israel, now as always; and where ever political and religious systems or legislative acts are standing in opposition to the Kingdom of our God and His Christ. The growing civil unrest in the USA is also largely an expression of the clash between liberal humanistic values and the values of the Conservative Christian foundation of the nation.

Individually, we can expect to face more and stronger temptations, and more frustration and opposition (especially in areas of ministry) as the devil unleashes his forces against the people of God. Where they are fissures and cracks in relationships the enemy will seek to drive in a wedge and force people apart. He will intensify his attack on Christian marriages and Christian families. Where we are neglecting to adhere to Romans 12: 1-2 and we are not “presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice” as our “reasonable service” to the Lord, the enemy will exploit all the weaknesses of our carnality to do as much damage as he can. The intensified battle over our own lives will often come down to the ongoing war between the flesh and the spirit – (Romans 6:19, Galatians 5:17, James 4: 1 1 Peter 2: 11), so we need to take seriously Peter’s warning to ”Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

Now is the time to stay closer than ever to the commander of our army, and to tune our ears even more finely to His voice. Jesus reminds us in John 10:27 that we, His sheep, do hear His voice; but very often we are listening to too many other voices as well, so His quiet whisper is drowned out.  Now is the time to ask the Lord, Just as Elisha did, to open our spiritual eyes so we can discern the spiritual forces around us: not just the forces of darkness, but the angelic forces of the Kingdom of God whose work it is to minister to the Saints (Hebrews 1: 7). We need to remember that we are not alone in any situation: that there is a spiritual dimension all around us that is peopled with beings who are both against us and for us. We need to pray at all times, not just for ourselves but for one another, and especially for those in church leadership; and those of us with the gift of tongues need to spend more time than ever praying in our spiritual language, because it is given to us for our edification.

But, as Paul says, “we are not ignorant of his schemes” (2 Cor 2:11), and the truth is that He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world, and that those who are for us are greater than those that are against us. The enemy may have his “horses and chariots” arrayed against us, but against them are “horses and chariots of fire.” Although the battle may rage, the war is already won, and we can stand firm in the hope of partaking in the fruits of that victory, whether it’s in this life or the eternity that Jesus has won for us. “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. (Romans 8:37)

Jesus told us that the “violent” take the Kingdom of Heaven ”by force”.  There is a land to take, but we are going to have to fight for it. The battle is on. But we have the fire; and the Lord says to us today what He said to His old covenant people through Moses and Joshua: “Be strong and very courageous, for I am with you.”

And if God is for us, who can be against us?

The Off-Road Vehicle

I have held the material for this post for a couple of weeks, but I think now is the time for it, as it is saying something very similar to what I felt the Lord gave me yesterday about the mountain bike. I believe that the Holy Spirit is emphasising to the Church that we need to be equipped for an exhilarating, but rough ride. The first part refers to something I read in an online daily devotional; the second part is a word that Jake was given at the end of July. He hadn’t seen the material referred to above, but it follows on seamlessly:

Are we ready to be led off-road?

A daily devotional I subscribe to recently told how church leadership has become a high-risk career for insurers, as an increasing number of pastors are suffering from stress-related health problems at an early age. (This is in the USA: I don’t know how much it applies to other nations, but I have a feeling it probably does.) The writer, an internationally known leader himself, compared some ministries to motor racing, where the emphasis is on always building and driving a better and faster car – but it’s a car that keeps going round the same track without actually going anywhere. The word was a warning to church leaders to concentrate on building a ministry that would take God’s people where He wants them to go; not one that looks flashy and successful in the eyes of the world, burning out the driver as he fights to keep up in the race.

“I believe the lord is saying as individuals and as a church we have built the wrong car: we have built a car that has instant power for smooth track racing, but although it’s exhilarating as soon as we hit bump we tend to lose control and break apart. I believe God wants to build a jeep or land cruiser type of vehicle that is designed for a rough ride with obstacles in the way.  It has higher seating for better vision and power that is built up over time, and although it’s built for off road we know it will be comfortable inside. (The comfort is the peace and rest that we have in His presence – Bob) This doesn’t mean it’ll be smooth or easy, but it will help to enjoy the challenges of off road driving and the obstacles we will encounter. The tyres have immense grip even in the most slippery of conditions. God has given us the traction we need to stay on the right course.”

The Snowball

I felt that God gave me this yesterday:

God has made a snowball, and has set it rolling down a mountain. It is the true Church; the righteousness of God in Christ, the people of God loving one another, held together by the Word of God and moving in the power of the Spirit of God. As yet it is small, but as it rolls it gathers momentum and it increases in size as it keeps gathering more snow to itself. The enemies of God and of righteousness say “this is only a snowball!” and seek to stand in its path to break it up, and they set fires to melt the snow. But the snowball crushes those who stand it its way, and puts out the fires that would melt it. Our strength is in Him as we hold fast to one another and to the Word that binds us together, and as we keep to the trajectory that He has ordained.

As I was meditating on it this morning I thought the following, but this is my further reflection on what I had felt the Lord had showed me, rather than the original rhema word:

As we do this we will find the snow sticking to us as we go, because we will be His witnesses. We do not have to make this happen, and we cannot gather another person’s snow: our responsibility is to pray for those that we are connected to in the Body of Christ, that they will be “sticky” enough to gather the snow that is in their path and remain united to the rest of the snowball as it rolls. For each one of us, the snow that we gather is our part of Ephesians 2v 10: “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Or, in this case, roll in them.

The three torches

(A prophetic dream given to Jake Dominy)

Jake writes: “Last  night the Lord gave me a dream of giant flaming torches, like  the ones at the Olympics, but far, far bigger. They were shining out light to all around them. But then three winds came, suction winds that were stretching the flames out backwards until the three flaming torches were completely sucked out. What I then saw was one torch flaming at the back, that had been lit from the other three flaming torches, although it was nowhere near as bright and did not give much light at all.

I felt the Lord say the three torches are the following:

1) The  gospel  of Christ
2) The power of the Holy Spirit.
3) Christian morality.

The three suction winds that sucked them out were the media, education and politics. The process wasn’t sudden: the light was being sucked out slowly, gradually becoming less and less; and the one torch they lit was a new belief system in this country and maybe world wide. I believe the Lord took me into the spiritual realm to show me a demonic strategy that will take place if we continue to stand back .

If we feel that we can’t pray for our nation effectively, we can pray for  believers to have influence in these areas; and we can pray  that those who are not necessarily in influential positions will not bow to the pressure of the lies and myths that are being taught, and will be prepared to pay the price for being different.”

A Note from Bob

This vision of the three torches chimes strongly with what was shown recently to Dana Coverstone (as I have already recorded in a School of Prophesy post), who saw that vicious persecution will come upon church leaders who preach the undiluted and uncompromising word of God, particularly in relation to moral laxity and sinful lifestyles. (You can see the video here.)

God is telling us yet again to stand firm in the truth of the full gospel as it has been delivered to us in the Word of God. We must endure in the face of persecution and not give in to the temptation of believing – or preaching – a diluted, fluffy “gospel” that does not demand the commitments of true discipleship: holiness, faith, and a Spirit-led life of love.

It is significant that the dim light was lit by all three torches. It is what remains when the exclusivity of the message of Christ becomes the inclusive tolerance of a “multi-faith” message; when the power of the Holy Spirit is substituted with human spiritual endeavours such as yoga, mindfulness, and meditation; and when Christian teaching on sexual morality caves in to pressure from liberal alignments.

God, of course, is not surprised: it is prophesied in 2 Tim 3 :5, where the apostle Paul call is “A form of godliness, without the power.” He is warning us today to beware of its insiduous reach.

Endure Persecution for the sake of the truth

“Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.” (2Tim 2: 2-4)

In SOP today we turned our attention to the recent prophetic dreams given to Pastor Dana Coverstone

Christians have had much to say about the dreams he has received concerning imminent civil unrest in the USA. However when God speaks propheticallty it is always redemptive, and many believers feel that the Holy spirit is warning the nation of what will occur if they do not repent and pray, not what will happen irrespective of what they do. Just as Nineveh repented at the preaching of Jonah and God relented of His judgement, so the USA has an opportunity to receive blessing from the Lord instead of disaster. Patricia King, Chuck Pierce and Barbara Yoda share their thoughts on this topic here:

Dana Coverstone has had a further dream in which he was shown the persecution that is coming on the church. He says that he “doesn’t have a time-frame for this.” There are some that would say it is already beginning. The essence of this message is that vicious persecution will come upon church leaders who preach the undiluted and uncompromising word of God, particularly in relation to moral laxity and sinful lifestyles. This will come essentially not from within the wider church, but from those withing the church family who have been drawn away into liberal values and compromised doctrine. In other words, those who “will not endure sound doctrine,” and who “exchanged the truth of God for the lie.” (Romans 1: 25) You can see the video here:

The message ends with a strong exhortation to “Brace yourself; endure to the end.”

After watching the video, we felt led to pray for the following.

For the USA: Joel 2: 12-18

For Dana Coverstone: Strength and protection, for him personally and for his family

For pastors and elders: that they would preach the undiluted Word of God
Strength,
Uprightness,
Wisdom,
Discernment,
faithfulness,
A fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit.

For the Church: that the Holy spirit would blow away the fog that obscures the pillars of sound doctrine, so that the truth of the full, uncompromised gospel is plain for all to see.

That God will open the eyes of believers to the intensity of the spiritual battle that even now is upon us, and give discernment so that the strategies and the agents of the enemy become clearly visible.

We felt strongly that these dreams are a call to pray; not a call to be fearful.

Feeding the flames

Following the message I preached recently on letting our light shine before men, one of our elders (Graham, if you are from Wildwood) sent me the following, quoting from what I said about discipleship towards the end.

And it’s not a quick fix: little flames need to be shielded and fed with stuff that burns, or else they are likely to go out.

Last week on holiday we decided to light the fire one evening. The fire had been laid with paper and kindling which lit well, flaring up quickly. But the wood was too spread out and, although it burned, it didn’t become established. After a while my mother in law said, “It’s failed; it’s going out.” But I felt I should gather what remained, blow on it, and wait. I didn’t use another match. Five minutes later the kindling, now gathered, was roaring. I put some large logs on the kindling and shortly a healthy blaze was filling the whole house – and it did not go out.”

I’ve looked at this a few times now, and I think that there is quite a lot of detail that we can draw out of it prophetically:

Jesus has laid a fire in His church, and has struck the match. We are seeing, and will see, flames going up in different places as individuals and church groups catch the fire of the Holy Spirit. These flames will at first sight seem short-lived, just as there have been past “revivals” and “moves of God” that have flared up locally for a season, then faded away.

However the Lord is changing things in His church. He is taking away walls, and He is moving people around. Some of us can expect to be moved as He gathers the kindling that is alight in order to create the blaze that He has planned. We can expect to be put alongside different people in different places, just as that scattered kindling is drawn together and piled up. If we don’t allow ourselves to be “gathered together” like this our flames are at risk of spluttering out.

After the gathering comes the blowing. Among those already on fire there will be a strong sense of the breath of God stirring people to greater faith, greater love, more earnest prayer, more worship, more time in His presence. The cry of “More of You, Lord,” from the Welsh revival, from Toronto, will be heard again. We will learn to wait in faith for God to move. As has happened in the past, some onlookers will reject what they see; others will be drawn to it.

The large logs that go onto the kindling will be those “greater works” that Jesus promised us. A few will go on at first as individuals grow in their faith; then more, as the blaze takes hold. I think this will happen more of less simultaneously in different places as the blaze fills the “whole house” – all of His church – with the glory of God. I think that is when we will see a mighty harvest.

Prayer Time

School of Prophesy 25 July 2020.

“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” (Romans 8:26)

We are weak, and we need the Lord’s help
How can we presume to know how to pray, when God has an infinite variety of ways to respond to a situation? We so often rush into prayer, either in conversation with somebody, or in a meeting, without recognising that we are weak and we need the help of the one “who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is.” We need to learn from King Asa, who prayed Lord, there is no one besides Thee to help in the battle between the powerful and those who have no strength.” (2 Chron 14:11) Every time we pray we are in Asa’s position, as the enemy will be at work to hinder our prayers. We cannot expect to overcome the enemy without the Lord’s help.

Unity of purpose
When the disciples prayed “of one accord” in the Book of Acts, the earth shook. Being of one accord is not just saying “Amen” to another’s prayer, but being committed to seeing the same answer. When we pray together we would often to better to put more time and more openness to the moving of the Holy Spirit into fewer prayer topics. We do not know what we should pray for as we ought – but when the Lord starts to guide us it is an opportunity to strengthen the bond of our unity in the Spirit by standing together in fervent (see below) spirit-led prayer.

Effective prayer comes from a heart that is wholly after God
David’s constant cry was to be pure. The last three verses of psalm 19 encapsulate his attitude:

Who can understand his errors?
Cleanse me from secret faults.
 Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins;
Let them not have dominion over me.
Then I shall be blameless,
And I shall be innocent of great transgression
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight,
O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer. (Psalm 19: 12-14)

Solomon did not have David’s passion for purity of heart, and in the end he fell.

After Asa’s great victory he enjoyed a period of peace, then he faced another attacking army. This time he took the gold from the Temple and paid the King of Aram to come to his aid: instead of turning to the Lord again, he acted on his own. From that time he went into decline.

The Eyes of the Lord Range Throughout the Earth to Show Himself Strong on Behalf of Them Whose Heart Is Fully Committed to Him” (2 Chron 16:9)

We can see the gold in our temples as an image of our commitment to keeping our hearts pure before God. If we want to be effective prayer warriors this is pivotal to our lives: we must not give away our gold for the sake of expediency.

The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (James 3:5)
Prayer must be fervent – wholehearted, earnest, desperate (Jonah would have been quite desperate in the whale, for example). How fervently do we seek God’s purposes, for the church, for other people? How desperate is our intercession? Revival tends to start when a small group of people cry out to God in desperation, and push through in prayer until they see the answer, which may be delayed because of God’s timing or because of enemy opposition, as in Daniel 10:12.

Thirst for God
“As the deer pants for the water brooks,
So pants my soul for You, O God
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? (Ps 42:1-2)

John Lake (Healing evangelist, Founder of the Healing Rooms, saw thousands saved and healed) said that our starting point has to be a thirst for God. The 1904 Welsh revival started with three young ministers being driven by an unquenchable thirst for God, and as the revival spread the meetings always began with a prayer for God to send His spirit, and then send more of His Spirit. 90 years later the outpourings at Toronto began with the same prayer: “More, Lord!”

God has so much more – but if we want God’s more, there must be less of our agendas and our assumptions. Holiness requires sacrifice. Do we have time for More – or is it time for dinner? Or bed? Life in the Spirit is not convenient for the flesh.

Fire and Wind combine (A word given to Jake on 22nd July)
“Only once my people’s hearts are on fire, will I send my wind. It’s my breath that will spread the fire, but my people’s hearts have to be set on fire first. Remember, fire isn’t a selective force, so anything that is not of me will be burnt up. What I am doing is dangerous and uncontrollable, unlike any wildfire you have seen or head of.”

Effective, fervent prayer is born out of the fire.

Brace Yourself! Dana Coverstone’s Prophetic Dreams

Between December last year and now an American pastor called Dana Coverstone has received three prophetic dreams concerning the state of the USA. What he saw in the Spirit in graphic detail in December was what we watched in the news between March and June: Covid and the current civil unrest around black lives matter. (Note: I published this exactly four years ago today. The details are no longer current, but the thrust of the warning remains true. See the footnote.)

Google and YouTube are now awash with comments about his dreams, which Pastor Coverstone described in a YouTube video towards the end of June. I have had a couple of thoughts myself: here there they are.

In 1983 a man of God called Tom Zimmer, who was a war veteran living in Italy who spent all his time in prayer and worship, interceding especially for the nations, received a prophecy which specified the man called Donald J Trump would lead America back to God. He shared this with an American friend of his, who said that he must be wrong: Donald Trump was a New York playboy, and hardly the man that God would choose to lead America back to Him. However Tom Zimmer was convinced he had heard the Lord. Tom lived in the town of Loreto, where everybody knew him as a holy man, like Simeon and Anna who spent their time in the temple at the time of the birth of Jesus.

Fast forward to 2020 and Dana Coverstone. He is not a well-known pastor leading a big church; his calling is to go into churches who have lost their moral compass and turn them back to the Lord. He is not a known prophet, and in fact repeatedly says “I am not a prophet.” Responses to these dreams vary from scepticism to full belief, but whatever people think about the things he says, his integrity as a man of God appears to be in no doubt.

The first of his dreams accurately prophesied events in America between March and June. The second dream which he received at the end of June, I think it was the 24th, looks forward to the period between September and November, the time of the US presidential election.

He saw America in meltdown, with Washington burning and troops on the streets. It was full-scale Civil War. You need to see the videos yourself: just google “Dana Coverstone Prophetic Dreams.” I won’t get into details here, but they are a warning from the Lord to the church of America to “Brace Yourself!” We might say, “What’s that got to do with me in the UK?” I can’t answer that, other than to say I expect that the ripples will be felt around the world if the predictions come true. Pastor Coverstone says: “Believers, STOP MESSING AROUND if you’re not living for the Lord as you ought to be!” I think we can all hear this, whatever the context.

What we don’t necessarily realise in our peaceful United Kingdom is that the polarisation between the Republicans and Democrats in the USA is practically on a civil war footing already. The fuse is already burning, and it’s helped along by the partisan reporting of the two main TV news channels: Fox (Democrat) and CNN (Republican). There is a battle raging in Heaven over the whole world between the forces of light and the forces of darkness, and I believe that much of it is being played out on the streets of the United States, as the fight for the soul of the nation rages. What pastor Coverstone saw, was, I believe, the time when the burning fuse reached the dynamite at the time of the presidential elections in November.

We don’t know, of course, how the last stages of this battle will be played out; but if we believe that God spoke to Tom Zimmer, as I do, we can trust that the final outcome of this “civil war” will be a re-elected Donald Trump leading America back to God. As you read this, please don’t think that I believe that God endorses Donald Trump’s politics. This is not about politics at all, but about the eternal destiny of millions of people, and about the part that a spiritually restored USA will play on the world stage in the events leading up to the return of Christ. Whatever his failings, and God’s thoughts are not our thoughts, it would appear that Trump has a part to play.

A detail that I find particularly interesting, and prophetic, and which as far as I know hasn’t been picked up by anyone else, is this: the 1983 prophecy was about Donald Trump restoring the moral and spiritual compass of a country that has turned away from God’s ways. The Dana Coverstone prophecies were given to a man whose ministry to the church is to do exactly the same thing. I take this unlikely connection as a sign that these things are in fact going to happen.

Footnote: July 24th 2024.

I told a friend in the USA about the landslide victory of the Labour party in the recent UK general election, and she said “It seems to be going the other way over here.” Donald Trump does seem to be on course for the US presidency, which would fulfill those prophesies of a second term. As the Democrats’ attempt to use the courts to remove him from the scene have crumbled one after another, with the Democrat party in disarray as their attempts to prop up the clearly ailing Joe Biden until after the election and replace him with their anti-Life vice president Kamala Harris have failed, and as It really does look like God’s hand was protecting Trump from the sniper’s bullet, believers in the USA and the UK can genuinely for pro-life and pro-family policies to start being rolled out in the USA from November this year. But Satan’s war on Life is not going to stop: trans men are being allowed to compete in women’s events in the Olympics, destroying the hopes and dreams of thousands of female competitors with their heavier bone structure and more powerful musculature; little children are being exposed to sexually explicit drag shows in public libraries; and new legislation will put UK churches under threat if they preach a biblical view on marriage as being a lifelong covenant between one biological man and one biological woman. James 4:4 says

“Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.”

We are already starting to see this being played out in our society, from the opposite point of view: friendship with God is starting to be seen as enmity with the world. I believe we will see the Trump prophesies being fulfilled, and at least some restoration of biblical values coming through the next US administration, particularly in the area of pro-life legislation. But this will only make the enemy fiercer in his attacks wherever the doors are open for him, and as the Lord continues to purify His bride and call us out of Babylon, the need to brace ourselves will be stronger than ever before.
